200g glutinous rice flour
160 ml of coconut milk
100g icing sugar
1 teaspoon liquid pandan
PREPARATION:
1 Combine flour and sugar. Add the coconut milk. Add about 150 ml of water. Mix well. If dough is too stiff, add a little water. The dough should be smooth. Divide dough in half in two bowls. Add in one pandan bowls. Thoroughly mix the dough turns green.
2 In a steamer, place a dish that is heat resistant (cake mold for example). Depositing a layer about 1 cm thick. Bake with steam 3-4 minutes until the dough is solid. Add a second layer of the other color. Bake with steam for 3-4 min. And over again to multiple layers. Remove cake from pan and cool. The cake cutting more easily when it is completely cooled.
