English Cream Recipe
ingredients:
1l milk
8 egg yolks
150g Sugar
2 tsp vanilla sugar
preparation:
In a saucepan, combine the milk and sugar and boil.
Meanwhile, in a bowl, whisk the yolks with the sugar.
Pour the milk into the bowl while mixing. Retransvaser in the pan and put on low heat.
Stir constantly until thickened making 8.
Turn off the heat and continue 8.
Transfer to a bowl and let cool.
