Antipasti zucchini and ricotta

INGREDIENTS
1 zucchini
200 g ricotta
basil leaves
Espelette pepper
salt pepper
paprika

RECIPE

Preheat oven to 200 ° C
Wash zucchini and cut into slices using a mandoline
On a baking sheet lined with baking paper, place the zucchini slices and brush with olive oil using a brush
Cook for a few minutes in the oven by monitoring to not leave grill
Remove from oven and let cool. In a bowl, m.langer ricotta with salt, pepper and paprika.
On each plate, place a spoonful of ricotta, add 2 basil leaves leaving extending over sides and roll
Close peaking.
Keep cool and sprinkle with paprika before serving.
