ingredients:
3 teaspoons of sugar
35 g of milk powder
2 egg whites
3 tablespoons Cognac or Rum
3 pinches of nutmeg
preparation:
Dissolve milk in a little water (100ml) and sugar. Beat until sugar is completely dissolved.
Beat egg whites and add to mixture of sweet milk.
Take 4 glasses, and arrange the cocktail. Sprinkle with nutmeg depending on taste.
