1 kg of fresh sardines
1 head of garlic
A handful of chickpeas (soaked overnight)
1 tbsp. tablespoons smen
3 tbsp. tablespoons oil
1 whole egg
1 tbsp. tablespoons flour
A handful of barley dough (tchichette el mermez)
2 tbsp. chopped red pepper
1 red chilli
Black pepper, salt, cumin and parsley
1/2 tbsp. tablespoons of tomato paste
Drain, clean and wash the sardines and remove the bones. Pass them to the top rope (large disk). Concerning the preparation of the Ders, crush 5 cloves garlic with red pepper, cumin, salt, red pepper and black pepper and then dilute it with half glass of water.
